Mold daily maintenance specification

Maintenance during mold installation:
1． The upper and lower surfaces of the mold should be cleaned before mounting the mold to ensure that the mounting surface of the mold and the working table of the press are not damaged by compression and the parallelism of the upper and lower mounting surfaces of the mold in production.
2． After the mold is installed, open the mold and clean all parts of the mold, especially the guide mechanism. For the surface parts of the mold, the mold surface should be cleaned to ensure the quality of the parts.
3． Lubricate the sliding parts of the mold and apply grease.
4． Check all parts of mold, especially safety parts. For example: safety side pin, safety screw, side guard plate, punching waste channel, etc.

Maintenance in production:
1. The corresponding parts of the mold should be oiled regularly during production. Such as: drawing die of the press ring, fillet; The edge of the trimming die; Flanging knife block part, etc.
2. Regularly clean up the waste passages of the hole of the trimming and punching die.

Maintenance after production:
1. After the end of production to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the mold.
2. Carry out a comprehensive cleaning of the mold to ensure the cleanliness of the mold.
3. Clean up the waste in the mold to ensure that there is no waste in the waste box。
4. Record the use status of the mold and the situation after use.
